MDHSA
Graduation Ceremony
The MDHSA Graduation ceremony is open to all students receiving an MDHSA diploma, and to students whose families are members of MDHSA, regardless of diploma earned. The MDHSA graduation ceremony is usually held the last Saturday in June. However, always wait until the current year registration form is on the MDHSA website to check for location, date and time. If you need more information or are unable to download the ceremony Registration form, contact diploma@pa.net or call 717-749-5767 and leave your mailing address to have a form mailed to you.
TO MDHSA DIPLOMA PROGRAM STUDENTS:
Any students wishing to receive a MDHSA High
School diploma this coming spring, and who have
not yet registered with MDHSA should send in their
registration/filing form as soon as possible (NOW)
along with their 9-11th evaluations/transcripts, MDHSA annual
summary forms and their payment(s). This includes
students participating and not participating
in the MDHSA ceremony. 30 days notice is required between
receiving the DIPLOMA REQUEST AND MAILING THE DIPLOMA TO YOU. Please
keep this in mind if you are participating in a graduation
ceremony elsewhere.
The MDHSA Office must receive the final filing
form, final evaluation, final annual summary, and diploma
request form and payment by May
28th (EARLIER would be wonderful!) in order to have your
transcript and diploma prepared and ready for the MDHSA Graduation
Ceremony on June 28th. You may need to schedule an earlier
evaluation for the senior(s) in your family. If you cannot
download the current diploma request form,
please contact the MDHSA office at diploma@pa.net.
Please Note:
All students/ families participating in
the MDHSA graduation ceremony MUST be
MDHSA diploma recipients or MDHSA members.
If you would like to participate in the MDHSA ceremony, do not
send in the ceremony attendance form unless you have submitted
your MDHSA membership form and FEE, OR your MDHSA Diploma
Registration and FEE. Membership forms and Diploma Registration
fees may be downloaded at this site. However, you must order an
MDHSA diploma guide and both student and parent must read the
complete guide (not just information from this site or the
advisement) before you may submit your diploma program
registration.
