Pennsylvania Statewide Evaluator List

The following are evaluators who may be contacted to evaluate homeschooling programs in Pennsylvania. 

If anyone has questions or wishes to be added to the Statewide Evaluator list or update current information, please email name, address, county phone number, appropriate code(s) and email address to diploma@pa.net or mail your information to the MDHSA Office, 32 West Main Street # 5, Waynesboro, PA  17268.

Please realize that this listing is NOT an endorsement of any of these evaluators.  Evaluators are listed by county for your convenience.

H - Designates evaluators who can pre-approve for “handicapped”.  All evaluators may evaluate handicapped programs but only special education teachers, or licensed clinical psychologists may pre-approve for the “handicapped.”

M – Designates evaluators who may evaluate for the MDHSA high school diploma program and have filed their credentials with our office.  If you would like to be an MDHSA diploma program evaluator, please order the MDHSA diploma guide for $5 from: MDHSA Diploma Program Guide, 32 West Main Street # 5, Waynesboro, PA 17268. After you have read the guide carefully, mail the evaluator agreement found in the guide or on this website and a copy of your credentials to the above address. Once you have mailed the agreement and sent your credentials, you may start evaluating for the MDHSA Diploma Program. You will not be contacted unless your paperwork is deficient.  MDHSA evaluators are encouraged, but not required, to list their names on this website. Questions may be directed to diploma@pa.net. Please make checks payable to   MDHSA.

S or E – The evaluator evaluates only secondary students or only elementary students. If S or E is not listed, it is assumed that the evaluator evaluates both types of students.

T - Designates evaluators who are willing to travel a distance to evaluate students.
